  • How do I receive a quote?

    You can receive a quote by filling out our form with all the necessary information about your home. Once completed, we'll promptly send you a detailed quote via email.

  • What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

    To reschedule or cancel, please provide written notice 48 hours prior to the agreed service time. A 50% cancellation fee applies with less than 48 hours' notice, and 100% if canceled on the same day. If you or a family member is sick, notify us promptly for a new service time.

    For frequent cancellations, pushing a bi-weekly service to monthly incurs a deep cleaning price. If there are four cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, we may consider service termination.

    Late payments receive a 20% fee 10 days before the service date, with an additional 20% monthly. Non-payment may lead to contract termination by the Contractor.

  • What days are you open?

    Our team works Monday through Saturday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

    No, you don't have to be home during the cleaning. In fact, the majority of our clients are not present while we work. Our professional and trustworthy team is trained to deliver exceptional cleaning services efficiently, ensuring you return to a spotless home at your convenience.

  • Do you offer personalized services?

  • Do you offer commercial cleaning services?

    While we excel in providing exceptional residential cleaning services, we currently do not offer commercial cleaning services.   • Do you offer cleaning services for airbnb or vrbo?

    We proudly offer specialized cleaning services tailored for Airbnb and Vrbo properties through Turno. Our team ensures a thorough turnover, leaving your space immaculate and ready to welcome the next guests.

  • Do you offer post-construction cleaning services?

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
