We are so proud to introduce you to our Founder + Owner, Ingrid Morales. Proud wife and mother to two beautiful boys, Ingrid leads a life filled with family, entrepreneurship, and a fun-loving devotion to soccer! After establishing a passion for creating clean spaces while serving others, Ingrid stepped into leading her very own business while coaching and assisting other entrepreneurs in building + launching their own.

Marily Cleaning Service was created in 2015 with a desire to create a lasting impact on homes through function and cleanliness while building trusting relationships. Operating out of Virginia Beach, VA and serving most of Hampton Roads, we take deep pride in serving others through our work: our mission is to make a difference in our clients’ homes!

Ingrid leads with a unique skill set in team leadership, hospitality, and superior customer service. She acknowledges the relieving feeling of arriving home to a deeply cleaned and organized home at the end of a long day, leading to the ability to fully relax and unwind.

With over 5 years of experience, Ingrid has personally cleaned and organized a vast portfolio of residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to 10,000 sq. ft. estates. Operating within a Commonwealth that is booming within the tourism industry, Marily Cleaning Service leads locally in short-term vacation rental staging and cleaning turn-overs. Ingrid now leads and manages a team that travels across Hampton Roads serving residential, short-term rentals, post-construction, and move in/outs. With top-tier attention to detail and professionalism, Ingrid exemplifies a passion for how our services can transform your home and your life!
